Our return policy is as follows. If for some reason you do not like your bike, you may box it up as carefully as possible, and ship it back at your cost. We will inspect bike for damage. If there is no damage, we will return your purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee. We do not return any shipping costs you incur. If your bike is damaged, we will determine the cost of repairing your bike to bring it to new condition and will reimburse you less restocking fee and less costs to repair your bike.
