A Complete Solution for Tire Recycling into Fuel Oil or Diesel
The process of recycling rubber tires into fuel oil can be done efficiently with our machinery. Eight ton of tires, either whole or shredded, can be loaded in to the prolysis machine, which is initially heated with an external source of heat. As the tires begin to release their gases at 180ºC, gases and heavy oil is produced which continues as fuel for heating up to 400ºC to fully release the petroleum products into gas. This gas is subsequently cooled and converted into fuel oil, or further processed by distillation into diesel fuel with the alternate distillation equipment. This process is repeated in a 24 hour cycle.

• Waste industrial mixed plastics, and allow multi-kind flotsams exist at the same time, but it is advised the PE>70%, PVC <10%
• Waste oils. For example: waste diesel and engine oil, waste engine oil, and waste oil residue, etc.
