Advantages of our medium-sized wind generator:
10.5kw - 100kw
1) We use a motor(gear box) to adjust the gererator's rotation according to different wind speeds, which keeps the generator running at rated speed.
2) We have a higher wind energy ratio about 45%. Tracking wind direction to receive more wind energy, and change the blades windward angle to gain more wind in the low wind day and reduce wind impact when meet strong wind, thus protects the wind turbine and decreases the damage ratio of the blades.
3)Intelligent pure sine wave inverter that has advanced protection to protect against short circuit, overload shutdown, over/under voltage shutdown. All inverters output can be designed as single phase 110-120V AC 50-60HZ or 220-240 AC 50-60HZ , or three phase 380-415V AC 50-60HZ.
4) We set a regulating pitch system to change the blades angle that keep the blades always in to the wind. When the wind is blowing strong, the system reduces the blades' angle against the wind to protect the blades and also keep generator running steadily to gain the high quaility and reliable electricity. On the other hand, the system augments the blades angle against the wind to receive more wind energy when the wind blows lightly in a low wind day.This system ensures the wind turbine can gain continuous, steadily, and high quaility electricity whatever the wind changes from time to time.
5) We put two generators in a whole machine.The large power generator will be running when the wind is strong and the small power generator will be running when wind speed is low. If the wind is too strong, the two generator will both working then gain more power.This design improves the efficiency of generating electricity.

Vertical systems use a gear box to adjust the generator's rotatioin according to different wind speeds, which keeps he generator running at the rated speed. It automatically will track the wind.
We set rectangular blades that keep most of the blades always in the wind. When strong winds are blowing, the blades will open just like and opened book.
